Proofs will be provided as low-resolution PDFs. The final digital files will be provided as high-quality via email or online transfer. Working files will not be provided to the client.

I work closely with all my clients to deliver original and high-quality designs within a client’s budget, timeline and requested project description. In most cases, these goals are met and often exceeded, the client is invoiced and the payment is prompt. However, incases where we cannot reach an acceptable product due to creative differences and the client wants to terminate the contract, the client will be invoiced for50% of the work initiated to that point, as all attempts have been made in good faith to do solid work. As part of the process, projects include up to 6 drafts: a board of motifs for selection, 3 rounds of revision and final handpainted motif draft for approval. Additional drafts will be charged extra. Once finalized, each item will then be designed with the same motifs.
