Proofs & Working Files

Proofs will be provided as low-resolution images. The final digital files will be provided as high-quality via email or online transfer. Working files will be maintained for 1 year after the date of completion and can be shared with the client for an additional fee.

Time Frame

Time frames vary based on workload and will be decided once the deliverables are finalized. Typically for smaller projects such as small print or web projects, we need about 3-4 days upon receipt of necessary material from the client.

Good Faith Agreement

I work closely with all my clients to deliver original and high-quality designs within a client’s budget, timeline, and requested project description. In most cases, these goals are met and often exceeded, the client is invoiced and the payment is prompt. However, in cases where we cannot reach an acceptable product due to creative differences and the client wants to terminate the contract, the client will be invoiced for 50% of the work initiated to that point, as all attempts have been made in good faith to do solid work.

As part of the process, typical projects include up to 6 drafts: a mood board, a first draft, 3 rounds of revisions, a pre-publishing revision, and a final draft. Additional drafts will be billed at ₹500 each.

Urgent Work

We generally do not accept work that needs to be delivered in less than 3 days. However, if you need work done urgently and we have the bandwidth to do it, we charge an additional 20% fee. Please keep in mind that we will not always be able to accept the work even if the client is willing to pay the additional fee.

Pricing & Payment

The work will begin once 50% of the agreed payment is received. The remaining 50% must be completed upon delivery. Depending on the scope of the work, you may be asked to sign the contract.
